Reformer Pilates Classes
Our Reformer Pilates classes are designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and increase your overall fitness level. Each class caters to your needs and fitness level, so you can be sure that you are getting the best workout possible.

Private Sessions
Our private sessions offer a one-on-one (or one-on-two) experience with our expert trainers. You'll receive individualised attention and guidance to help you achieve your goals quickly and effectively.
Great for those who need help with their technique or have rehabilitation or specific goals. Or for those who just prefer to exercise quietly.
Cardio Classes
Seniors
A great class for cardio, fat burning, toning, bone density building and rehabilitation of the joints.
Sounds frightening but is great fun, low impact and kind on your joints.
Jumpboard is the perfect workout - cardio resistance training whilst you are lying down. All you need now is a glass of wine in your hand...
Seniors classes are at a slower pace with exercises focusing on weight bearing joint health, posture and balance.
This class is a great to keep you mobile and upright. Plus it is the most social class in the studio - this one has the chatters.
